We appreciate your choice to invest in orthodontic treatment and are committed to making sure treatment is affordable for everyone. Modern Orthodontics is happy to provide different financial arrangements to fit any budget. We offer the following options to help you afford your orthodontic treatment:

  • No-Down-Payment/Lowest Monthly Payment Option: We have partnered with Chase Health Advance and CareCredit to provide a no-down-payment option, with up to 24 months interest-free. To apply with Chase Health Advance please click here. 
  • In-Office Interest-Free Financing: We provide this option with a down payment and low monthly payments made during your orthodontic treatment period.
  • Payment in Full: We offer a courtesy bookkeeping discount for orthodontic fee payments made in full.
  • Credit Card Payments: Our office accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
  • Insurance: We are a preferred provider for some insurance companies. If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
